Home Improvement Scheme 2020
The scheme is part of the coronavirus stimulus package to help boost small businesses and tradespeople in the region.
This scheme provides eligible owners of residential and investment properties with a grant of up to $6,000 to put towards renovations, when homeowners contribute $2,000 of their own money.
The work is to be carried out by an eligible small business in the region that is registered to participate in the scheme.

Eligibility
Eligible homeowners, within the Northern Territory region, may apply for vouchers of up to $6,000 to put towards minor improvements, repairs and upgrades to your home, when you contribute $2,000.
Those who contribute $1,000 may also be eligible to receive up to $4,000 in funding.
The work that can be carried out with this funding includes small jobs such as electrical repairs, renovations, installations and upgrades.
